In this session, you will get an insight into how to satisfy a strong market demand with your product or service.

This includes your first market analysis, go-to-market strategies, estimating market size, blue- or Red Ocean strategies, competitor matrix etc.

But you will also get a first hand experience form entrepreneurs working with the public sector as a market. This session you will be intrduced to a number of resourceful people, organizations and networks with insight in biotech, healthtech and the public sector; Regions and municipalities.

Will talk about initiating public-private collaboration within health and welfare as a method to go from prototype to first invoice. Furthermore, Christian have a deep knowledge with legal aspects of public procurement as well as general business development and communication.

Niels Christian GanderupSenior Investment Manager Life Science – focus on healthtech, digital health and health data

Niels Christian will discuss two topics: (1) Non-tendered sales to hospitals, healthcare providers and insurance companies in the EU incl. framework, considerations and pitfalls, (2) Market access (getting your product reimbursed) with focus on pharma, medtech and digital health: considerations in aligning your evidence strategy for your product to maximize chances for reimbursement. Niels Christian can also give insights in pharma, biotech and medtech R&D and regulatory considerations.
