This includes your first market analysis, go-to-market strategies, estimating market size, blue- or Red Ocean strategies, competitor matrix etc.
But you will also get a first hand experience form entrepreneurs working with the public sector as a market. This session you will be intrduced to a number of resourceful people, organizations and networks with insight in biotech, healthtech and the public sector; Regions and municipalities.

Niels Christian will discuss two topics: (1) Non-tendered sales to hospitals, healthcare providers and insurance companies in the EU incl. framework, considerations and pitfalls, (2) Market access (getting your product reimbursed) with focus on pharma, medtech and digital health: considerations in aligning your evidence strategy for your product to maximize chances for reimbursement. Niels Christian can also give insights in pharma, biotech and medtech R&D and regulatory considerations.
