Visualizes patients’ diagnoses and rehabilitation

We want to improve clinical practice. Many patients have a poor understanding of their own predicament, and it would aid them with a correct and simple visualization of their diagnosis and how the rehab helps. By doing this, we would motivate the patients to follow the rehabilitation plan and make them aware of the things that can cause the injury to rebound.
